PLEASANTON GARBAGE PIETRONAVE AGREEMENT 1967

D. LARGE ACCUMULATION: as the refuse collector. $10.00 per hour for two (2) men and one (1) truck, Plus $1.00 per cubic yard of refuse. $2.50 minimum call -out charge, plus $1.00 per cubic yard of refuse. E. SMALL ACCUMULATIONS: In addition to quantities and services provided above Collector shall pick up an occasional bag or boxywithout charge, one or two times per month, where said small accumulation of refus is well contained in an additional bag or box, and placed on top of the full container at the collection site. F. SPRING CLEAN -UP. Collector shall provide for all property within the City, free -of- charge collection service once per year, in the Spring, for the purpose of collecting garden refuse at the curb for disposal in the public dump. The dates for said collections shall be agreed upon in advance each year by the City and Collector. 12. INSURANCE. Collector shall procure for the period of this contract full compensation insurance with an insurance carrier as defined by an Act of the Legislature of the State of California commonly known as "Workmen's Compensation Act," approved May 26, 1913, and as subsequently amended. Collector shall also carry public liability insurance in the amount of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) for the death or injury of one per- son and Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300 for the death or injury of two or more persons in any one accident, and property damage insurance to the extent of Twenty -Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) upon each of the trucks or other vehicles used by Collector in carrying out the work of this contract.
