The City may change the <br />number and /or location of trash cans to be emptied at its sole <br />discretion during the term of this Agreement, subject to giving <br />Contractor one (1) week's written notice of the change in number <br />and /or location of trash cans to be emptied. Said written notice <br />shall include an updated list substantially similar in format to <br />Exhibit "A ". <br />b. Refuse from over - flowed trash cans shall be picked <br />up by hand from the area in the vicinity of the trash cans. <br />c. Contractor shall pick up trash cans located in <br />park lawn areas by hand when notified by the City's Public Works <br />Superintendent - Streets and Parks, or his or her designee, that <br />said park lawn areas are too wet to support or otherwise incapable <br />of supporting, Contractor's collection vehicles. <br />2. Time of Collection <br />Each trash can to be emptied by Contractor shall be <br />emptied at least once each week. <br />a. Park Trash Can Collection. Trash cans located in <br />Amador Park and Youth Sports Park shall be emptied every Monday. <br />The day trash cans in other parks shall be emptied shall be the <br />day mutually agreed upon by Contractor and City's Public Works <br />Superintendent- Streets and Parks. <br />b. Street Trash Cans. Trash cans located in the <br />Central Business District shall be emptied on Friday mornings <br />between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The day and /or time other street <br />trash cans shall be emptied shall be mutually agreed upon by <br />Contractor and City's Public Works Superintendent- Streets and <br />Parks. <br />-2- <br />
