Indemnity <br />Contractor shall indemnify and hold City harmless from <br />any loss, claims, liability or expense, including reasonable <br />attorney's fees and costs, for personal injury or death, or <br />property damage, arising out of or in connection with the activities <br />of Contractor or its employees or agents in the performance of <br />its obligations under this Agreement. <br />8. Notices <br />Any notices required by or in furtherance of this <br />Agreement shall be :given in writing by personal delivery or by <br />United States mail and shall be deemed communicated when received <br />or, for mailed notice, two days after mailing.
