under the terms of this contract, and to refuse originating within the area shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Collector shall not accept commercial, industrial or governmental refuse in said dump which does not originate in the area referred to in Exhibit A. 15. DUMP CHARGES. Collector agrees to levy the following charges, for refuse dumped by individual residents residing within the area described in Exhibit A: Minimum Charge One Cubic Yard or More In addition: Truck or auto tires $ .50 1.00 per cu. yd. .10 per tire In addition to these charges, Collector agrees to levy a surcharge of $.50 per each load of refuse dumped by individual residents residing outside the area described in Exhibit A. The rates and charges herein shall be prominently posted at the entrance to the dump in lettering large enough to be seen from a car entering said dump. The provisions of this paragraph shall not be construed to allow dumping of commercial, industrial or governmental refuse originating outside the area referred to in Exhibit A. 16. CANCELLATION. This contract may be cancelled only by the City upon at least one hundred eighty (180) days' notice in writing, but only for good and sufficient reason. 17. GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall specifically apply to all facilities and buildings located within the City and owned by a <. governmental agency or agen- cies. 18. ORDINANCE. Any ordinances duly passed by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton covering the collection, removal and dis- posal of garbage and refuse within the City limits shall control and supersede any of the provisions of this contract. 19. TECHNOLOGICAL IMPROVEMENTS. Both parties to this agree- ment fully understand that during the term of this agreement
