AMENDMENT #1 TO CONTRACT FOR SERVICES <br /> THIS is an AMENDMENT to the Contract for Services by and between the CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), and Innovative <br /> Claim Solutions, Inc. whose address is P.O. Box 5128, San Ramon, CA 94583, and telephone <br /> number is 925- 327 -8050, (hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant ") for the period of July 1, <br /> 2007 and June 30, 2010. The parties for good and valuable consideration, receipt and sufficiency <br /> of which is hereby acknowledged, agree to amend the Contract for Services as follows: <br /> 6. Terms are hereby amended and restated as follows: <br /> Consultant shall begin work upon the direction of the Human Resources Department, <br /> City of Pleasanton effective July 1, 2010. The term of this Contract shall be for one (I) Contract <br /> Year, unless sooner terminated pursuant to this agreement. <br /> 7.
