SECTION 6 <br /> Professional Services Contract and <br /> Insurance Requirements <br /> Contract Language <br /> ESA contracting personnel have reviewed the sample "Professional Services <br /> Agreement" provided with the RFP and generally agree to the terms therein. <br /> Insurance Requirements <br /> If selected to provide services under this contract, ESA is prepared to furnish <br /> the Contracting Officer with acceptable evidence showing that the required <br /> insurance coverage is in place. <br /> As identified on ESA's Insurance Certificate on the following page, ESA has <br /> insurance coverage of $1 million each for general liability, property damage, <br /> worker's compensation, automobile, and professional liability.
