3. Cost Proposal This section presents our cost proposal to provide assistance with Study 2, the diversion /recycling study for the City. The fee schedule is presented in Exhibit 3 - 1, below. Consistent with the requirements of your REP (Section III., Fees), we provide hourly rates, hours to complete each task, and the costs to complete the study. We proposed to conduct Study 2 for a not -to- exceed price of $29,940. This bid corresponds to a total of 227 hours of consulting time for Study 2. Hourly rates of our consultant staff are as follows: • Director Level $160 per hour • Principal and Senior Associate Level $140 per hour • Associate Level $100 per hour. Directors . . NewPoint Group will bill the City monthly, in arrears, for our services. Exhibit 3 -1 (Revised for Study 2 Only) Project Costs City of Pleasanton Assistance with Analysis of City Diversion /Recycling Tracking Efforts (Study 2) ' Reflects an additional 55,600 from our original Study 2 cost proposal to account for on -site PGS transfer station /MRF reviews which would have been conducted as part of our Study 1 activities. 2 Reflects an additional 51,880 in kick -off meeting time from our original Study 2 cost proposal which was previously absorbed in our Study 1 budget (from economics of doing both projects).
