To receive this one -time pay, the employee must have been <br /> employed since September 1, 1994, and be so employed on the date <br /> the payment is actually made. This one -time payment shall be paid <br /> on the first pay day following City Council approval of this <br /> Memorandum of Understanding. <br /> Wages: Effective the first full pay period after September 1, <br /> 1995, each salary step in the salary range of each represented <br /> classification shall be increased two percent (2 %). <br /> Effective the first full pay period after September 1, 1995, each <br /> salary step in the salary range of each represented classification <br /> shall be increased one percent (1 %).
