16.5 Educational Levels /Pay <br /> Educational levels attained under the Incentive Pay Plan <br /> must be completed with a total grade point average of <br /> "C" or better. The specific levels of educational <br /> achievement and their respective educational pay <br /> percentages to which the educational incentive pay plan <br /> applies are as follows: <br /> Level Pay Percentage <br /> A.A. or A.S. Degree 2 -1/2% <br /> Intermediate POST Certificate - 2 -1/2% <br /> The Intermediate POST Certificate <br /> must be accompanied with 60 approved <br /> semester units or their quarter hour <br /> equivalents to be eligible for incentive <br /> pay <br /> Sixty (60) accredited semester units 2 -1/2% <br /> or their quarter hour equivalents <br /> B.S. or B.A. Degree 5% <br /> One hundred twenty semester (120) 5% <br /> units or their quarter hour equivalents <br /> Advanced POST Certificate - The 5% <br /> Advanced POST Certificate must be <br /> accompanied with 120 approved semester <br /> units or their quarter hour equivalents <br /> to be eligible for incentive pay <br /> M.S. or M.A. Degree 5$ <br /> NOTE: The above educational levels are not cumulative. <br /> The maximum educational incentive pay received by a <br /> single employee shall not exceed 5 %; nor shall an <br /> employee receive incentive pay for more than one <br /> educational level at the 2 -1/2% rate nor more than one <br /> educational level at the 5% rate. <br /> Memorandum of Understanding <br /> Page 16 <br />
