28.3 HOURS OF WORE <br /> Effective with the first full twenty -eight day work cycle <br /> beginning on or after December 1, 1996, the department <br /> shall implement a "5/9" work schedule for all employees <br /> in the classifications of police officer and police <br /> sergeant as described in the memorandum of the Pleasanton <br /> Police Chief to the POA President and dated April 17, <br /> 1995, and attached hereto as Appendix A. <br /> Section 29.
