THE CITY OF l la <br /> 1 . 10 .0. <br /> 1 .„ i t iii 1 iii '1111. 111 <br /> pLEASANTON© <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> Pleasanton Police Officers' Association, and representatives of the City of Pleasanton, have <br /> met and conferred in good faith regarding wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of <br /> employment of employees in the representation unit specified in Section I, have exchanged <br /> freely information, opinions and proposals, and have endeavored to reach agreement on all <br /> matters relating to the employment conditions and employer - employee relations of such <br /> employees. <br /> This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into pursuant to the Meyers- Milias- 13rown <br /> Act (Government Code Section 3500, et seq.) and has been jointly prepared by the parties. <br /> This Memorandum of Understanding shall be presented to the City Council as the joint <br /> recommendation of the undersigned for salary and employee benefit adjustments for the <br /> period commencing May I, 1998 and ending April 30, 2002. <br />
