MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> Pleasanton City Employees Association, and representatives of the City of Pleasanton, have met <br /> and conferred in good faith regarding wages, hours and other terns and conditions of <br /> employment of employees in the representation unit specified in Section I, have exchanged <br /> freely information, opinions and proposals and have endeavored to reach agreement on all <br /> matters relating to the employment conditions and employer - employee relations of such <br /> employees. <br /> This Memorandum of understanding is entered into pursuant to the Meyers- Milias -Drown Act <br /> (Government Code Section 3500, et seq.) and has been jointly prepared by the parties. <br /> This Memorandum of Understanding shall be presented to the City Council as the joint <br /> recommendations of the undersigned for salary and employee benefit adjustments for the period <br /> commencing November I, 1998 and ending October 31, 2000. <br /> As amended effective November 18, 1998. <br />
