The ranges set forth in Appendix A represent, for each <br /> classification, the standard rate of pay for full time employment <br /> and represent the total compensation due employees, except for <br /> overtime compensation and other benefits specifically provided by <br /> the City. <br /> Effective May 1, 1991, the salary ranges of all classifications <br /> represented by the Association shall be increased six percent <br /> (611). In addition, the following listed classifications shall <br /> receive equity adjustments as specified below. The dollar amount <br /> listed for each classification shall be added to the E step of <br /> the particular classification's salary range.
