18.36.050 Prohibited Uses: <br /> <br />The following uses shall not be permitted in the RM districts: <br /> <br /> A. Any use not specifically or conditionally permitted by this Chapter. <br /> <br />6. Chapter 18.40 (Office District) <br /> <br />18.40.030 Permitted Uses: <br /> <br />The following uses shall be permitted in the O District: <br /> <br />A. Offices of the following types: <br /> <br /> 1. Administrative headquarters and executive offices. <br />2. Business offices, including wholesaling establishments without <br /> stock, and not including the retail sale of any commodity on the <br /> premises. <br /> <br />B. Prescription pharmacies, provided that at least eighty percent (80%) of <br /> the interior display area shall be used for the preparation and sale of <br /> prescription or trade drugs. <br />C. Charitable institutions. <br />D. Churches and other religious institutions. <br />E. Private noncommercial clubs and lodges. <br />F. Mortuaries. <br />G. Nursing homes and senior care/assisted living facilities if located a <br /> minimum of three hundred (300') away from any personal wireless <br /> service facility approved after the adoption of the City's Personal <br /> Wireless Service Facility Ordinance, Chapter 18.110 of this Title, not <br /> including those personal wireless service facilities exempted in Section <br /> 18.110.010 of this Title. <br />H.
