18.48.180 Conditional Uses--I-P District: <br /> <br />The following conditional uses shall be permitted in an I-P District: <br /> <br />Accessory structures and uses located on the same site as a <br />conditional usa and the.following accesso~, structures and uses <br />located on the same site as a permitted use or a conditional use <br />that has been granted a use permit: <br /> <br />A. Medium electricity generator.facilities that meet the applicable <br /> standards of Section 18.124.290 of this Title. <br /> <br />B. Medium.fuel cell facilities that meet the applicable standards of <br /> 18.124.290 ~f this Title. <br /> <br />Churches and similar religious and meeting facilities in existing structures. <br /> <br />Public utili~ and public service facilities including pumping stations, <br />power transmission stations, power distribution stations, equipment <br />buildings, service yards, drainage ways and structures~ water reservoirs, <br />percolation basins, well.fields~ and storage tanks.
