B. The following uses, provided that the City Planning <br /> Commission shall make a specific finding that the use will <br /> conform with each of the required conditions prescribed <br /> for uses in the I-G District in Sections 18.48.050 through <br /> 18.48.130 of this Chapter, in addition to the findings <br /> prescribed in Section 18.48.070 of this Chapter: <br /> <br />Airports and heliports. <br /> <br />Asphalt and asphalt products manufacture. <br /> <br />Cement, lime, gypsum and plaster of Pads manufacture. <br /> <br />Chemical products manufacture including acetylene, <br />aniline dyes, ammonia, carbide, caustic soda, cellulose, <br />chlorine, cleaning and polishing preparations, creosote, <br />exterminating agents, hydrogen and oxygen, industrial <br />alcohol, nitrating of cotton or other materials, nitrates of <br />an explosive nature, potash, pyroxyline, rayon yam, and <br />carbolic, hydrochloric, picric and sulfuric acids. <br /> <br />Chumhes and similar religious and meeting facilities in <br />existing structures. <br /> <br />Drive-in theaters. <br /> <br />Drop forges. <br /> <br />Explosives manufacture and storage. <br /> <br />Fertilizer manufacture. <br /> <br />Film manufacture. <br /> <br />Gas and oil wells. <br /> <br />Incineration of garbage and refuse. <br /> <br />Junkyards. <br /> <br />Large electrici.tF generator .facilities~ in accord with the <br />provisions of Chapter 18.124 qf this Title. <br /> <br /> Page 31 <br />Draft Ordinance for Case PRZ-7 <br /> <br /> <br />
