In <br /> addition to the foregoing setback requirements, no <br /> building on Lots 13 through 23 shall be closer than <br /> seventy-five (75 ) feet to the western Property Line of <br /> those Lots. <br /> 4.4 Completion of Construction. After commence- <br /> ment of construction of any Improvement, the Owner shall <br /> • diligently prosecute the work thereon, to the end that the <br /> Improvement shall not remain in a partly finished condition <br /> any longer than reasonably necessary for completion thereof. <br /> 4.5 Landscaping. <br /> 4.5.1 Each Owner shall, at his own expense, <br /> install landscaping in accordance with the standards ( <br /> set forth in this Declaration and the Development Plan <br /> concurrently with the construction of other Improve- <br /> ments on his Lot, and shall thereafter maintain the <br /> landscaping in a sightly condition. _ <br /> 4.5. 2 Each Owner shall, at his own expense, <br /> install automatic sprinkler systems, hose bibs and <br /> appurtenant facilities in all landscaped areas and pay <br /> connection and use fees with respect thereto. Each <br /> Owner shall provide separate meters for landscape <br /> irrigation water usage. <br /> 4. 5 . 3 Each Owner shall landscape his Lot as <br /> follows: <br /> -28- <br />
