Icons a ore-room addition of the rear of the building) - The wood-frame building has stucco eladdin, and is topped by a hipped roof with wide eaves and a centered hipped dormer that Imes the street. Both the roof and the dormer a'c c.n Bred in composition shingles the front(south) Facade is csynunetrical. A partial-width, recessed porch with round columns atop it solid balustrade occupies tl'e western half of the font facade. At the center of the facade.a concrete stairway with simple balustrade leads to the main entrance, which is obscured by .1 metal screen door. A canted hay window occupies the eastern portion oldie front facade. This hay consists of three wood, double hung windows with divided lights in the upper panes and wide wood surrounds.(A singlt window of this type is located inauediately west of the front entrance.) A similar hay occupies the portion of the west lit4ade aejacml to the front porch. Secondary window: types include wood, one-over one.sash and fixed, multi-light sash. A small rect:mgul::r n ass(evidently an catty addition)protrudes Gem the northwest corner of the building and is set back at the rear. This addition has a hip-led reotaud wood, multi-light. casement windows. An exte-ior chimney clad iu stucco stands along the building's east facade. Alterations to the building include addition n stucco cladding;boarding up of the Messner window opening; addition of metal awnings to the front facade and above some secondar windows; addition of a brick veneer at the base of the front facade; a one-roost addition at the building's northwest corner; and a sma 1 addition with pent roof at the houses rear entrance.
