In furtherance of the foregoing, the parties shall meet, <br /> through their representatives, to review the operational and <br /> administrative aspects of implementation of this agreement. Said <br /> reviews may include, but not be limited to, implementation of <br /> source control and waste minimization programs, proposed <br /> revisions to the basic connection fee and the basic service <br /> charge, and related matters. The operational review conducted <br /> pursuant to this paragraph shall be in addition to the three-year <br /> review of the terms and conditions of this agreement pursuant to <br /> paragraph 13. <br /> 13 . SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS. This agreement may be amended <br /> or supplemented from time to time during the term hereof by <br /> written agreement approved by the governing bodies of the parties <br /> in the same manner as this agreement. Without limitation upon <br /> the foregoing, representatives of the parties shall meet <br /> periodically, not less than every three (3) years, during the <br /> term hereof to review the terms and conditions of this agreement <br /> and the administration thereof. <br /> 14. NON-ASSIGNABILITY. This agreement, and the duties, <br /> obligations and rights of the parties hereto are non-assignable. <br /> 15. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, <br /> clause, phrase or word of this agreement, or the application <br /> thereof to either party, or to any other person or circumstance <br /> is for any reason held invalid by a court of competent <br /> 18 <br />
