In the event an agency is unable to continue their participation in the agreement, that <br /> agency shall notify the Chief of Police of the other participating agency in writing as <br /> soon as practicable. Notice shall be given one (1) month prior to the effective date of <br /> withdrawal, except in cases of emergencies or where written notification is impossible or <br /> impractical.
