All but one short
Recording Secretary
wall on the side of the current cottage will be demolished.
Board of Directors:
The story poles were erected to show all of us what we feared:
Christine Bourg the proposed structure looks too big because it is too big. The
Kathleen Dlugosh attempt to justify the Floor Area
Art Dunkley Ratio, (FAR), does not diminish the massing of the proposed
structure.
George Garbarino
John Ribovich In the process of reviewing the latest plan for the new home
Shelley Twarowski proposed for 205 Neal Street, several issues become evident:
Advisory Board: • Three variances are still needed. Two of these variances
address the need to allow tandem parking due to a clear lack of
Finley Boag property width, and another that will allow the positioning of
John Dlugosh vehicles one in front of the other too far forward in the very
narrow driveway instead of garaging them or minimizing what
PHA is a 501(c)(3) will be an intrusive view from the street.
Public Charity and dues
are tax deductible. • The third variance is needed to move the proposed house
forward on the lot to "buy" as much room as possible. This
would allow a setback that does not match that of homes in
that historic neighborhood and further accentuating the
oversized plan.
-over
