RESOLUTION NO. 29-01 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE DUBLIN SAN RAMON <br /> SERVICES DISTRICT APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE <br /> AGREEMENT (PLEASANTON PARK AND RIDE FACILITY) <br /> WHEREAS, City proposes to construct certain real property improvements on the <br /> Property to enter, occupy and use the Property for the sole purpose of constructing, <br /> installing, repairing, replacing, maintaining, modifying and operating a Park and Ride <br /> facility, within the County of Alameda, State of California, and <br /> WHEREAS, District has agreed to allow City to use the surface portion of the <br /> Property on the terms and conditions set forth in said Lease. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br /> OF THE DUBLIN SAN RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT, a public agency located in the <br /> counties of Alameda and Contra Costa, California as follows: <br /> That certain transaction by and between the City of Pleasanton and the Dublin <br /> San Ramon Services District, providing for the Dublin San Ramon Services District to <br /> lease certain real property to the City of Pleasanton for a payment of$1.00 per year and <br /> for a term not to exceed the minimum term required by Caltrans for such a lease in order <br /> to enable the lease to support Pleasanton's grant funding requirements which lease is for <br /> the purposes of constructing, installing and maintaining a Park and Ride facility, is <br /> hereby approved and the General Manager and Secretary are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, an agreement substantially <br /> conforming to the transaction so described, in the form approved by District counsel. <br /> ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Dublin San Ramon Services District, <br /> a public agency located in the counties of Alameda and Contra Costa, California, at its <br /> meeting held on the 17th day of July , 2001, and passed by the following <br /> vote.
