In the event that this annexation includes or results in the detachment of one or more <br /> parcels or portions thereof from the City and those parcels or portions thereof are <br /> transferred to the County or to another jurisdiction, the City hereby waives any right, <br /> interest, or claim to property tax on such parcels or portions thereof as identified in <br /> Exhibit A.
