ATTACHMENT A
CROSS INVOICE PROCEDURES BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON
AND THE LIVERMORE/AMADOR VALLEY TRANSIT AUTHORITY
At the end of each quarter, vouchers will be counted and returned
to the agency where they were purchased. LAVTA personnel will
determine the amount of the transfer payment based on the net
number of vouchers used. Transfer payment will be made at the
LAVTA voucher cost.
For example, if Pleasanton collects fifty LAVTA vouchers during the
quarter and LAVTA collects sixty Pleasanton vouchers during the
quarter, LAVTA will make a transfer payment of five dollars (10
vouchers * $0.50) to Pleasanton.
If the transfer payment is less than one hundred dollars ($100.00)
in any quarter, the amount will be carried over to the next up
until the end of the fiscal year. At the fiscal year end, any
transfer payment balance will be paid to the agency owed.
