Market: San Francisco/Sacramento <br /> Cell Site Number CCL00413 <br /> Cell Site Name Livermore (CA) <br /> Fixed Asset Number 10087959 <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT <br /> TO LEASE FOR INSTALLATION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPEMENT <br /> This First Amendment to the January 15, 2014 Lease for Installation of <br /> Telecommunications Equipment, is entered into by and between the City of Livermore, <br /> a municipal corporation, having its principal place of business at 1052 South Livermore <br /> Avenue, Livermore, CA 94550 ("Livermore"), the City of Pleasanton, a municipal <br /> corporation, having its principal place of business at 123 Main Street, Pleasanton, CA <br /> 94566 ("Pleasanton"), and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited <br /> liability company, ("Lessee"), having a mailing address of 575 Morosgo Drive, Atlanta, <br /> GA 30324, with an effective date as of the latest of the signature dates below ("First <br /> Amendment") <br /> Recitals <br /> A Livermore and Pleasanton (collectively, "Cities") are co-owners of a <br /> communications tower located at 3801 Doolan Road in Livermore ("Tower") <br /> B The Cities and Lessee, entered into a January 15, 2014 Lease for <br /> Installation of Telecommunications Equipment to be located at the tower (the "Lease") <br /> Pursuant to that Lease, Lessee installed Equipment and/or Antenna, as those terms <br /> are defined in the Lease <br /> C Lessee desires to modify the Equipment and/or Antenna located at the <br /> Tower, and the Cities are willing to amend the Lease to allow Lessee to make the <br /> modifications subject to Lessee obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for that <br /> work from necessary governmental entities, including the Cities Due to the <br /> modifications sought by Lessee, the Lease requires the Base Rent paid by Lessee to be <br /> adjusted <br /> First Amendment to January 15,2015 Lease <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
