Matters for Commission's Information <br /> Heritage Tree Board of Appeals <br /> Julie Harryman noted that the Planning Commission designated Commissioner Allen <br /> and Commissioner O'Connor to serve on the Heritage Tree Board of Appeals. She <br /> indicated that there is a Board meeting coming up on January 22, 2014, but <br /> Commissioner Allen is unavailable to attend. She noted that then the Commissioner <br /> designated the two Commissioners, no Alternates were selected, and added that it <br /> would be good to do that at the next Planning Commission meeting.
