By having the City fund the amount waived for the developer the community will gain a
public amenity and the downtown will still be prepared to meet the parking demands of the present and
the future.
The Pleasanton Downtown Association appreciates the efforts of the City staff and thanks the Planning
Department for the opportunity to review and provide input on this proposed amendment.
Best Regards,
Laura Olson
Executive Director
Pleasanton Downtown Association SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIAL
Provided to the Planning Cornmissior,
After Distribution of Packet
cc:
Nelson Fiahlo,City Manager Data Digtributod / fi
Pamela Ott,Economic Development Director
City of Pleasanton Planning Department
Pleasanton Downtown Association
4725 First Street,Suite 200
Pleasanton,CA 94566
www.pleasantondowntown.net
