Pre Site Visit Staff analysis: coordinate with volunteers, prep for site visit <br /> 2. Site Visit: 1 site/visit per year by Conservancy Staff <br /> 3. Post-site: TVC shall submit annually to City a summary monitoring report <br /> documenting the occurrence of its monitoring of the Conservation Easement and <br /> the status of the property owner's compliance with the Conservation Easement, <br /> including recommendations made by TVC, and update baseline documentation if <br /> necessary. <br /> 4.
