allocation of HOME funds, any City allocation of HOME funds, and any Program <br /> Income attributable to City's HOME allocation on hand at the time City withdraws from <br /> the Consortium. County shall retain all obligations and responsibilities attributable to <br /> such funds. <br /> 10. As specified in 24 CFR Part 85.43 breach of this Agreement may result in the <br /> suspension or termination of City as a sub-recipient of HOME funds. <br /> 11.
