41 Assistance From Other <br /> Twin Valley Mutual Aid Plan Alameda County Jurisdictions <br /> ASSISTANCE FROM OTHER ALAMEDA COUNTY JURISDICTIONS <br /> 1. The Incident Commander will advise the LLNL Dispatcher of the need for assistance beyond the <br /> resources of the Twin Valley Plan.When making such a request,the Incident Commander must <br /> advise the Dispatcher of the following: <br /> A. Type and amount of equipment needed <br /> B. Location of Reporting Point <br /> C. Purpose of Mutual Aid <br /> 2. The LLNL Dispatcher will then dispatch appropriate resources from either Alameda County or <br /> other jurisdictions. <br /> 3.
