11. Notices. All notices herein required shall be in writing and shall be delivered in person or sent by first class mail. Box 520 1500 Willow Pass Court Pleasanton, CA 94566 Concord, CA 94520 Provided that any party may change such address by notice in writing to the other party and thereafter notices shall be addressed and transmitted to the new address. 12. Binding on Land and Successors. All covenants, promises and agreements contained in this Agreement shall pertain to and do hereby expressly run with the land controlled by the Owner and described herein. This Agreement shall bind and inure to the parties hereto, including heirs,assigns,executors, administrators, and all other parties whether they succeed by operation of law or voluntary acts of the Owner. 13. Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate and the City shall provide the Owner a release of this Agreement upon the Owner submitting signed subdivision agreement, bonds for completing subdivision improvements, and receiving approval from the City Council for a Final Map for subdivision of the Property; and the Owner undertaking all requirements to have a final map recorded to complete such subdivision.
