The <br /> color scheme for the hills would be either shades of orange/reds or greens/blues at the <br /> discretion of the review board,with a sky of blue with clouds. See samples attached. <br /> Artist Biography(up to 200 words) <br /> Robert Heubel is a San Leandro, California native. He paints in colorful acrylics.The <br /> subject matter is usually landscapes or abstract images. <br /> Two of his Fremont Hills painting images(red&green variants)were selected for San <br /> Leandro's Street's Alive utility box beautification project in 2014. <br /> Submission Materials Include: <br /> 1, A completed application <br /> 2.
