1 <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> HOME SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT No.1 <br /> BETWEEN <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> AND <br /> THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> THIS FIRST AMENDMENT,entered into on the 12th day of April, 2016 modifies the Contract(No. <br /> 12362)entered into on the 1st day of July, 2015 by and between the COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, a body <br /> corporate and politic of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as COUNTY and The CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON for HOME funds. <br /> WHEREAS, on July I, 2015,the COUNTY and CITY OF PLEASANTON entered into the Contract(No. <br /> 12362) for HOME funds(the"Agreement"); <br /> WHEREAS,the COUNTY and CITY OF PLEASANTON desire to amend the Agreement and to incorporate the <br /> approved project and release of funds; <br /> THEREFORE,for valuable consideration,the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, <br /> COUNTY and CITY OF PLEASANTON agree as follows: <br /> A. Section B.2. of the Agreement is amended to remove: "Initially, not more than $6,762.67($4,744 <br /> of HOME administrative funds and $2,018.67 of Program Income Project Administrative <br /> funds)will be provided to City prior to submission of project applications. The remaining <br /> $57,711.15 in funds covered by this Agreement will be made available to City for <br /> commitment to project as the project applications have been received and approved by the <br /> County for an eligible project."And replace with"An application has been received and approved o <br /> by the County for an eligible project pursuant to Paragraph B.1. Accordingly, all funds covered in this 1`-) <br /> Agreement will be made available to the City for commitment to the approved project. <br /> B. Exhibit A—Scope of Work and Budget to the Agreement is replaced with the Scope of Work and <br /> Budget in EXHIBIT A(rev. 3/8/16),attached to this Amendment No. 1. R <br /> C.
