Circumstances will not allow that to happen. The Ponderosa plan which will add a limited number of homes which <br /> are consistent with those in the neighborhood will also enable Centerpointe to continue our 140 years of service to <br /> Pleasanton and the TriValley. Centerpointe, Ponderosa and the city have all worked diligently to make this plan <br /> workable.
