Our older son, Alex, just graduated from Foothill and is now a freshman in
the Engineering college at San Jose State.
I am writing on behalf of my family to express our support for the Ponderosa project at Ironwood, which will be
presented to the City Council on October 6th. We believe this project makes the most logical use of the space
that is currently taken up by the church - adding housing consistent with the rest of the Ironwood complex. This
project will also enables Centerpointe Church to look for a new home.
We are also pleased that the plan retains the preschool facility and offers night and weekend parking for
residents of the Gardens apartments. We feel this project is a great win opportunity for all parties involved and
express our strong support for it.
Thanks and regards,
Kaveh Gooyandeh
Connie Clark
Alex Gooyandeh
Aaron Gooyandeh
Click here to report this email as spam.
t
