ATTACHMENT 4 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15- <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> APPROVING THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON AND GREENBRIAR HOMES COMMUNTIES, AS <br /> FILED UNDER CASE PUD-25 <br /> WHEREAS, Greenbriar Homes Communities has made an application to the City <br /> for an Affordable Housing Agreement for the construction of 50 single-family, two-story <br /> homes at the approximately 194.7-acre Lund Ranch II property located at 1500 Lund <br /> Ranch Road at the end of Lund Ranch Road; and ' <br /> WHEREAS, the Housing Commission reviewed the Affordable Housing Agreement <br /> at its duly noticed public hearing of May 21, 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held by the City Council on <br /> October 20, 2015, at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> Affordable Housing Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 20, 2015, the City Council certified the Final <br /> Environmental Impact Report prepared for the project as adequate and complete; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council considered all the information presented at the <br /> public hearing regarding the terms of the Affordable Housing Agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE <br /> FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Finds that the proposed Affordable Housing Agreement between the <br /> City of Pleasanton and Greenbriar Homes Communities is consistent with the City's <br /> General Plan and the objectives of the City's affordable housing policies. <br /> SECTION 2. Approves the Affordable Housing Agreement between the City of <br /> Pleasanton and Greenbriar Homes Communities, a copy of which is attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference; and authorizes the City Manager to <br /> execute the Affordable Housing Agreement in generally the form attached as Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon the <br /> effective date of the ordinances approving the PUD Development Plan and <br /> Development Agreement for this project. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on October 20, 2015. <br /> 1 <br />
