Box 520 <br /> Pleasanton, CA 94566-0802 <br /> RE: Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc. <br /> 2016 Interim Year Rate Application <br /> Dear Mr. Fialho, <br /> Enclosed are five copies of Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc.'s Schedules and Worksheets <br /> Applicable to an Interim Year Rate Application Effective January 1, 2016 prepared on prescribed <br /> forms contained in the current draft of the City of Pleasanton Refuse Collection Rate Setting <br /> Manual(version 6) that the Company received on May 28, 2015. <br /> The application requests a rate increase of 3.89%(schedule 6)and includes Exhibit A(pages 10 <br /> to 12)which lists the current and proposed refuse collection and recycling services rates to be <br /> effective on January 1, 2016. <br /> The rate application includes several supplemental schedules for disposal data,expense <br /> categorization, labor and CPI index calculations,as well as a completed Interim Year Rate <br /> Change Worksheet which was used to calculate the proposed rate change. <br /> Attached for your reference is page 26 from the rate setting manual representing the timing for <br /> an interim year rate application.
