y �. <br /> 5. analyze and process Mid-pen's Section 8 project-based voucher application, including making a <br /> site visit to Kottinger and the surrounding neighborhood to complete HUD's Site and <br /> Neighborhood Standards review; <br /> 6. issue a Section 8 project- based voucher commitment to Mid-pen for their TCAC application; <br /> 7. prepare and send the letter to HUD regarding use of the previously-submitted environmental <br /> review for HACA's project-based vouchers; <br /> 8. prepare and submit the application to HUD for the Section 8 vouchers; <br /> 9. respond to questions HUD may have regarding the application; make any changes required by <br /> HUD; <br /> 10. undertake other coordination tasks that may be necessary between the parties and provide <br /> information that may be required by other parties in order to finalize the redevelopment of the <br /> project. <br /> B. Payment. In consideration of such services PHA will pay HACA the sum of Forty-thousand <br /> Dollars and No Cents($40,000.00). Payment shall be invoiced upon execution of this Agreement by the <br /> parties. PHA directs HACA to submit its invoice to its developer partner, Mid-pen Housing Corp., <br /> attention Abigail Goldware,at 303 Vintage Park Drive,Suite 250, Foster City,CA 94404. <br /> C. Term. This Agreement shall terminate upon completion of the Services shown above. <br /> D. Amendments. The Executive Directors of HACA and PHA shall have the authority to amend this <br /> Agreement to increase the number and type of services and payment therefor. Amendments must be <br /> made by mutual written agreement of the Executive Directors. <br /> E. Notices.
