ALAMEDA COUNTY HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> HOME SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT No.1 <br /> BETWEEN <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> AND <br /> THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> THIS FIRST AMENDMENT, entered into on the 7th day of February, 2017 modifies the Contract(No. <br /> 13846) entered into on the 1st day of July, 2016,by and between the COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, a body <br /> corporate and politic of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as COUNTY and The CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON for HOME funds. <br /> WHEREAS, on July 1, 2016, the COUNTY and CITY OF PLEASANTON entered into the Contract(No. <br /> 13846) for HOME funds(the "Agreement"); <br /> WHEREAS, the COUNTY and CITY OF PLEASANTON will amended the Agreement, to incorporate the <br /> approved project and release of funds; <br /> THEREFORE, for valuable consideration,the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, <br /> COUNTY and CITY OF PLEASANTON agree as follows: <br /> A. Section B.2. of the Agreement is amended to remove: "The maximum amount of HOME funds <br /> covered by this Agreement shall be $87,729 as set forth in attached Exhibit A. Initially, not <br /> more than $5,185 of HOME administrative funds will be provided to City prior to submission <br /> of project applications. The remaining $82,544 in funds covered by this Agreement will be <br /> made available to City for commitment to project only after the project application is received <br /> and approved by the County for an eligible project. Project funds will be made available on a <br /> rolling, project by project basis." And replace with"The maximum amount of HOME funds <br /> covered by this Agreement shall be $88,247 as set forth in attached Exhibit A. An application 0,p <br /> has been received and approved by the County for an eligible project pursuant to Paragraph B.1. <br /> Accordingly, all funds covered in this Agreement will be made available to the City for commitment to <br /> the approved project." <br /> B. Exhibit A—Scope of Work and Budget to the Agreement is replaced with the Scope of Work and <br /> Budget in EXHIBIT A(rev. 11/30/16), attached to this Amendment No. 1. <br /> C.
