II
From: Stephanie Pickens :g,..114tlrerts925P Tom.
Sent Monday,January 30, 2017 10 37 AM
To: Jennifer Hagen
Subject: Irby Ranch
H
I emailed when this all began a few months ago but I see as usual with our city council they just do what they
want and keep building on every single piece of vacant land' I bought my townhouse on Vine street because of
the great location, close to downtown and right infront of Arroyo Del Valle Now the city council wants to
build 93 homes right across from us on the other side of the arroyo and instead of looking at nice open ranches
we will be looking at houses I would like to know if there will be trees plants along the arroyo to block the eye
soars that will be built or will there be fences or walls' ?? Will those 2 homes be kept, why not make it a park
with the historic homes so everyone can enjoy it? I am so disappointed in this city council, since I moved here
whoever seems to be in office all they want to do is build but not add any roads, especially downtown First
there is no way to add roads since its downtown but lets keep v
y o b ts•lust eep builds g In the morning you can't even get
down Vineyard because its so backed up going down First street and everyone taking their kids to school I
have to go completely out of my way to go to the freeway, opposite direction of where I work With those
homes coming in and the new structures across from McDonalds where will all those cars go it is already
gridlocked through town especially First Street with all the commuters Does anyone really care about the
people that live here? I am writing but know it will go on deaf ear and they will lust do whatever they want
anyway
Stephanie Pickens
Click here to report this email as spam
