Pleasanton TOD Standards and Design Guidelines <br /> PART 4 <br /> PROCESS <br /> A. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) <br /> Applications for development of each of the three sites will be processed through the <br /> City's established Planned Unit Development review process. Criteria for review of <br /> these projects shall include the Core Development Standards, Non-core <br /> Development Standards, and Design Guidelines as included in these Transit Oriented <br /> Development Standards and Guidelines and as required by the City's Settlement <br /> Agreement, relative to Urban Habitat v.
