FCS has provided hundreds of local government,state and federal <br /> agencies, and private development clients with contract environmental services. We have prepared a full <br /> range of California Environmental Quality Act(CEQA)and National Environmental Policy Act(NEPA) <br /> planning documents for a variety of projects, including mixed-use retail, industrial, commercial,golf <br /> courses, residential subdivisions, planned communities,transportation facilities,schools,theaters, <br /> landfills, dams, reservoirs,cemeteries,churches,correctional facilities, and waste treatment facilities. In <br /> addition to environmental planning services,we also provide air quality and greenhouse gas (GHG) <br /> analysis, noise analysis, regulatory compliance, natural resource management and biological services, <br /> cultural resource management and archaeological services, and sustainability planning services. FCS <br /> serves clients in the western United States with a staff of over 80 full-time professionals from offices <br /> located in Walnut Creek, Roseville, Fresno, San Bernardino, Los Angeles,as well as our Corporate <br /> Headquarters in Irvine. If awarded with an on-call contract, FCS staff will be able to respond immediately <br /> to Pleasanton from our Roseville office. <br /> FCS's ability to execute multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously,without compromising our <br /> quality standards, makes us uniquely qualified to provide on-call services to the County. FCS currently <br /> holds 39 on-call environmental service contracts with municipalities throughout California. FCS's <br /> consistent project performance is exemplified by the long-term relationships we enjoy with these on-call <br /> clients, as many of our on-call contracts are in their second or third renewal period.All of our current on- <br /> call contracts involve environmental analysis and documentation services for projects that are similar in <br /> scope and complexity to those contemplated by the County.
