It was moved by Councilman Gerton and seconded by Councilman Harding that Resolution No. 65 -193, accepting the work and authorizing the notice of completion for Assess- ment District No. 64 -3, Arroyo del Valle Interceptor Sewer Project, be adopted. The Pleasan- ton Joint School District has requested this temporary easement to allow access to a proposed school site at this location, and also in order to secure State approval of the financing for the school.
