Improvement Nos. 3 and 4 above are partially within Caltrans ROW and will <br /> require Caltrans approval. The City has prepared exhibits, preliminary design <br /> and cost estimates to support development of a request letter for Caltrans to <br /> approve improvements within State right of way through the streamlined <br /> Permit Engineering Evaluation Report (PEER) process.
