- Loan Agreement (plus Promissory Note and Deed of Trust): These documents set <br />forth the amount being lent, interest rate, timing for repayment, payment only from <br />excess proceeds, and various standard lender requirements and remedies. <br />These attached loan documents are being provided in draft form, and will still need to be <br />coordinated with the County, State and Federal financial sources.
