When buildings are renovated or when buildings are replaced <br /> the City will ensure that the new construction is ADA/504 compliant. In either case, <br /> barrier removal project scope and design will the applicable codes and regulations <br /> under the ADA, Section 504 and the CBC. The specific required code provisions will be <br /> determined on a project by project basis. It is the City's policy that all new construction <br /> will be in compliance with the requirements of the ADA/Section 504_ <br />
