EXHIBIT B <br /> Description of the Work <br /> Licensee shall: <br /> a)grade the site in accordance with the geotechnical report associated with the Tract 8245 <br /> subdivision prepared by Stevens Ferrone Bailey(SFB)and dated September 29,2017; <br /> b)bring water, sewer, storm drain and other wet and dry utility lines to two(2)points along the <br /> Dedication Parcel property line and tie those lines into service; <br /> c)bring joint trench and other utility infrastructure to the Dedication Parcel property line and tie <br /> those lines into service; <br /> d) install curb and gutter around the Dedication Parcel,with curb cuts at locations in the reasonable <br /> determination of the City Engineer or his/her designee. <br /> License for Construction Work 1-31-19 <br />
