I don't believe that allowing this plan to move forward would have any negative impact on my <br /> property, so I do support the modification to the PUD. The Oil Changes building site will certainly need <br /> some hazardous mitigation before any rebuilding can begin, but in doing so, should make one small <br /> improvement to our town.
