These plans and specifications have been filed separately with the Clerk <br /> of the Legislative body, and are incorporated in this report by reference. <br /> RECOMMENDED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Some of the Improvements in the Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993- <br /> 1, Windsor, are overdue for some much needed upgrades and repairs. However, the <br /> Maintenance District reserve fund balance is insufficient to do these tasks. <br /> The City is currently in the process of drafting a schedule of recommended capital <br /> improvement projects that need to be addressed and their respective cost estimate, as well <br /> as a planned replacement/renovation schedule. <br /> Improvements in Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993-1, Windsor, are <br /> overdue for much needed upgrades and repairs.
