These plans and <br /> specifications have been filed separately with the Clerk of the Legislative body, and are <br /> incorporated in this report by reference. <br /> RECOMMENDED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> The City is currently in the process of drafting a schedule of recommended capital <br /> improvement projects that need to be addressed and their respective cost estimate, as well <br /> as a planned replacement/renovation schedule. <br /> Improvements in Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993-2, Bonde Ranch, <br /> are overdue for much needed upgrades and repairs.
